Low Fat 'Faux' Hummus
Makes about 1-1/2 cups
- 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Balkan style fat free plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- dashes of salt, pepper, and cumin
- Blend all ingredients till the mixture is the texture you like. I prefer it a bit chunky.
